Digital Products Only
SK Album provides digital products such as Wedding Album PSD Templates, PSD Files, Album Design Templates, Graphics, and other downloadable digital files.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
Delivery Method
After successful payment confirmation, your purchased digital product will be provided through a download link on the website and/or sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery Time
Most PSD templates and digital products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after successful payment.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment processing, technical issues, or other temporary circumstances.
Download Issues
If you do not receive your download link or cannot access your purchased PSD file or digital product, please contact SK Album with your Order ID and registered email address.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased product.
Correct Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and active email address during checkout.
SK Album is not responsible for delivery or communication issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information provided during the purchase process.
No Shipping Charges
Since all SK Album products are digital downloads, no physical shipping is required.
Therefore, no shipping or delivery charges apply to digital products.
Download & Access
Customers should download and securely store their purchased PSD files, album templates, and other digital products after receiving them.
Download access may be subject to reasonable technical, security, or system limitations.
Failed Delivery
If a purchased digital product is not delivered due to a technical issue on our side, SK Album will make reasonable efforts to:
- Provide a new download link.
- Restore access to the purchased product.
- Resend the purchased digital file where applicable.
- Provide reasonable technical assistance.
Refund for Non-Delivery
If a purchased digital product is not received or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue caused by SK Album and the issue cannot be resolved, the customer may be eligible for a refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
