1. Digital Products

SK Album sells digital products such as Wedding Album PSD Templates, Album Design PSD Files, graphics, Photoshop templates, digital designs, and other downloadable files.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Product Delivery

After successful payment, the purchased digital product will be provided through the available download or delivery method.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and other required information during the purchase process.

3. Product Usage & License

After purchasing a digital product, customers may use and edit the purchased file for their own personal or commercial design projects.

However, purchased files may not be:

• Resold or redistributed as standalone files.
• Shared with unauthorized users.
• Uploaded to other websites or file-sharing platforms.
• Copied or reproduced for resale.
• Offered as a separate downloadable product.
• Distributed through any unauthorized marketplace.

Any extended or different usage requires written permission from SK Album.

4. Payments

All prices displayed on the SK Album website are subject to applicable taxes, discounts, and payment processing terms where applicable.

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment has been received.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available after a product has been successfully delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

A refund may be considered within 3 days of purchase if the purchased digital file was not received or a technical issue caused by SK Album prevents successful access and cannot be resolved.

6. Digital Services

SK Album may provide custom album design, graphic design, editing, customization, and other digital services.

For custom services, the requirements, pricing, delivery timeline, and scope of work may be agreed upon before the project begins.

Once a service has been completed and delivered according to the agreed requirements, cancellation or refund may not be available.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, original designs, branding, graphics, text, and other materials provided by SK Album remain the intellectual property of SK Album or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original product to the customer.

The customer receives the right to use and edit the purchased file according to the applicable product license and these Terms & Conditions.

8. Prohibited Use

Customers must not use SK Album products or website for illegal or unauthorized activities.

You must not copy, resell, redistribute, share, upload, or commercially distribute our PSD templates, wedding album designs, digital files, or other products as standalone digital products without written permission.

9. Website Use

Customers agree not to intentionally misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, or engage in activities that may damage the website or affect other users.

SK Album reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect our website, products, business, or users.
